Office Angels Stirling have an exciting?opportunity for?an experienced Temporary Administrator to join a successful?company to cover?a period of leave.?
The assignment will run for a period of 4 weeks and our ideal candidate will be able to start immediately.
You will have previous experience within a reactive role and will be confident handling incoming queries and working to strict deadlines.? Working knowledge of Xero Accounts software would be beneficial but training will be given for the right candidate.
What you'll do:
* Act as first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors to the office
* Process incoming/outgoing mail
- High volume data entry
- Scanning and entering invoice information, quickly and accurately.
* Action and prioritise task requests in the shared inbox
* Meeting room set up
* Diary management
* Other adhoc admin tasks as required
What you'll need:
* Proficiency with all products in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel)
* Customer oriented attitude
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivation and a high work rate coupled with the ability to work on own initiative and think on your feet
