The role - Temporary Administrator
Pay rate - £12 per hour
Location - Stirling (FK7)
Hours - 9.00-17.00, Monday-Friday
Length of Assignment - Ongoing
Office Angels Stirling have an exciting?opportunity for?an experienced Temporary Administrator to join a successful?company during a period of growth. There is the potential for this to move into a permanent role for the right candidate.
This is an ongoing assignment and our ideal candidate will be able to start immediately.

Please note that this is a fully office based role.
You will have previous experience within a reactive role and will be confident handling incoming queries and working to strict deadlines.? Working knowledge of Sage would be beneficial but training will be given for the right candidate.
What you'll do:
* Act as first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors to the office
* Process incoming/outgoing mail
- High volume data entry into excel
- Scanning and entering invoice information, quickly and accurately.
* Ordering parts and supplies
* Accounts processing
* Diary management
* Other adhoc admin tasks as required
What you'll need:
* Proficiency with all products in MS Office Suite (Excel experience required)
* Customer oriented attitude
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivation and a high work rate coupled with the ability to work on own initiative and think on your feet
