The Job:
As a Temporary Legal Administrator you will be to support a team of fee earners, based in their Leicester office (LE1)
In this role you will be responsible for completing defined legal administrative tasks/
Responsibilities will include:
- Virtual diary management
- Reception duties
- Updating data on CRM system
- Providing a defined administrative service, including file opening and closing, following standard operating procedures
- Liaising with fee earners, PAs, secretaries and other business support departments
- Answering the telephone, taking messages and returning calls
The Person:
For this role they are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Confident IT skills including the Microsoft Suite
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication, organisation and team skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Leicester (LE1)
The Salary:
£11.68 per hour
The Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
