Our Client is looking for a robust administrator with strong telephone communication skills for a temporary role until the end of March 2024.
- 15th January start
- £11.59 per hour
- Based in Poole (office based)
- 37 hours or would consider part-time hours
- Working within a sensitive area supporting Children.
You will need strong interpersonal skills, resilience and reliability, along with highly developed organisational skills, including arranging highly sensitive meetings and taking minutes, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy whilst dealing with sensitive information in a highly confidential manner at all times.
- Ideally you will have an enhanced DBS
- Excellent telephone skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to deal with sensitive and difficult situations with Children
- Word and database experience
- Some minute taking experience would be desirable
