Temporary Applications Manager

If you are driven, resilient and ambitious then a dynamic property company based in the West-End of Edinburgh City Centre are looking for you to join their team as a Temporary Applications Manager. Office based and a background in compliance beneficial.

• 5 Months FTC
• Responsible for processing new tenant applications & referencing
• Ensure tight deadlines are adhered to, minimising time property is off the market
• Guide tenants through application requirements
• Ensure all compliance checks are complete and meet minimum conditions for acceptance
• Communicate with tenants through all aspects of the process
• Submit evidence when required to Safe Deposit Scotland and Tenant Deposit Scheme
• Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
• Provide outstanding levels of customer service at all times
• Excellent communication with clients essential to form effective working relationships
• Motivated, proactive, hard-working, driven and well organised. 
• A proven track record of working as a team player supporting other members
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic, ‘can-do’ attitude and approach to work
