Temporary Buyers Admin Assistant

This well established luxury online retailer are looking for an established Buyers Admin Assistant on a temporary basis.
As this is temporary, this does require candidates to be immediately available without a notice period.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the sample library
- Calling suppliers chasing on samples and approvals
- Managing the critical path for the selected department
- Supporting the junior buyer and buyer with ad hoc tasks
The candidate:
- Be a previous Buying or Merchandising graduate
- Previous experience as a Buyers Administration assistant or a placement within buying
- Good organizational and admin skills
- Confident when communicating with various departments
