Temporary Community Coordinator - Charity Sector!

If so, we are on the recruit for a Temporary Community Coordinator to provide friendly, professional front of house and room hire support and work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Centre. This role is very varied and the postholder will need to work flexibly and co-operatively within their Support team.

Role:Temporary Community Coordinator - Charity Sector!

Hourly Rate: £12 + Office Angels Benefits + Holiday Accrual

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 1 - 3 Months

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 3pm / 4:30pm when required

Location: Leeds, LS9 (Free onsite parking)

What duties will you be doing on daily basis?

• Front of House duties, welcoming visitors to the centre and ensuring they have signed in
• Issuing door access cards, locker keys, room cupboard keys as needed
• Dealing with incoming post
• Keeping reception and room hire areas clean and tidy at all times
• Answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages
• Checking and responding to email enquiries
• Putting room bookings on the software system and ensuring paperwork completed as required
• Following up purchase orders for room bookings
• Room set up - includes quick clean of spaces if needed following any previous meetings
• Checking and replenishing stock
• Collecting and recording feedback from room hirers
• Taking payments and providing receipts
• Ad-hoc administration as required

Skills and experience:

• Excellent Customer Service/Experience in a Customer facing role
• Must be immediately available
• Good administration and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• In-date DBS desirable
