Role: Temporary Customer Service Administrator
Location: Altrincham
Hourly rate: £12
My client, a well established property management company based in Altrincham are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team for 3 months. This is a full time position, based in their office, with working hours from 9-5:30.
Duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for tenants and landlords regarding any queires or complaints
- Help to coordinate tennacy agreements
- Making sure all documents are up to date on the internal system
- Chase up missing documents
The ideal candidate would:
- Have recent previous experience in a Customer Service or administrative position
- Possess strong communication and literacy skills
- Be hard working, punctual and friendly
