Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer issues as needed.
Profile
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
1 year's experience within a Contact Centre environment Experience with Zendesk is preferred, but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem–solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and practices.
Ability to work in a fast–paced, high–volume environment.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
