Our local charity client has an immediate need for someone to join them from Monday for a minimum of two weeks to help with cleansing finance data in preparation for the audit.
It requires someone who has a keen eye for detail and enjoys data and spotting anomalies and duties will include
Reconciling gift aid forms to systems
Using Excel to check for duplicate records and resolving the duplicates
Checking reports and updating information
Data cleansing information for submission to HMRC
Reconciling donor claims and ensuring legitimacy of claims for Gift Aid over £500
This role will be a mixture of in the offices in Huntingdon and working from home and after a short Teams meeting, a start will be required on Monday 22nd April.
