Your new role
Working for a well-known organisation in Llanishen, you will be supporting the HR team with the day to day running of the HR function. Including but not limited to the following:
* Reviewing policies and procedures
* Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR related matters
* Provide administrative assistance such as updating internal systems and drafting letters.
* To undertake vetting and compliance activities such as DBS checks
* Assist with the recruitment, selection and promotion of employees
* Assist with employee relation cases when required
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working in an HR environment (1 year+)
* Recruitment experience
* A full driver's licence
* Ability to attend site 5 days per week in Llantrisant
Additional Information
* 37 hours per week (30 minutes early finish on a Friday)
* £15.75 per hour
* start ASAP
* Rolling Contract
