Internal HR Communications Specialist
- Hourly rate: $30 - 45 (depending on experience)
- 3 days on-site in Manhattan, New York
- Reporting to their Vice President of HR

We are working with a company that is undergoing a cultural change program currently and will be seeking support with their internal HR communications.
The role?
The Internal HR Communications will actively manage and execute a communications strategy that keeps teams informed of the latest news and happenings across the organization and promote the outcomes of the cultural assessment and their employee proposals.
This role will sit within HR but work across business functions and have exposure to the senior management team and C-suite. You will work closely with the VP of HR to define the communications strategy and produce content for all platforms including their intranet, slack, social media platforms and web pages.
Candidate profile / experience
The successful candidate will be a true internal Communications Specialist and have demonstrable experience (5 years minimum) delivering HR communications programs across all platforms.
Experience in designing and running internal communication plans for organization-wide changes and campaigns will be essential, as will the ability to demonstrate you have produced these for both traditional and digital platforms.
