Responsibilities:
- Coordinating logistics operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between various stakeholders
- Handling invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Updating and maintaining information on CRM systems
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
- Collaborating with the team to improve processes and efficiency.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar administrative role
- Proficient in handling invoices, raising purchase orders, and filing shipping documents.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite
