General Assistant, Client Services
Incorporating responsibilities from across the client services areas, this temporary role will be varied,and will include assisting the AV Department with set up for meetings and events, Conference portering (furniture moving and set-up), staff restaurant Front of House duties (cleaning and clearing tables etc.), Kitchen cover in busy times (e.g. pot wash), Main Reception cover (booking in visitors, greeting guests)
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing cover for Main Reception and other Client Services areas during busy periods
- Carry out daily, weekly and monthly checks to ensure the facilities are set up and maintained to a high standard
- Regular movement and organisation of furniture and equipment - manual handling training will be given
- Meet and greet external visitors, suppliers and clients

- Will be expected to carry out other ad-hoc duties from time to time according to business needs
Location: Cowley, Oxfordshire - onsite (free parking available)
Contract Type: Fixed Term - 1-2 months
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
