A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this truly wonderful organisation, in a valued and dynamic position responsible for Office and Facilities Administration on a temporary basis.
Starting as soon as possible, this temporary assignment will be ongoing, and has the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
This is an office-based role, with the possibility of needing to reach the second office in South Oxfordshire occasionally, therefore it is essential you are able to drive.
Please note, this is a full time, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Office & Facilities AssistantResponsibilities
- Managing reception; visitors, calls, post, shipments
- Assisting the Office Manager with scheduled maintenance, relevant documentation and records
- Ensure HSE compliance, and perform new employee HSE induction
- Purchase ledger; raising PO s, inputting invoices on to Xero, monitoring payments
- General administration; booking travel, events and training

Temporary Office & Facilities AssistantRequirements
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator, ideally with knowledge of HSE, Facilities and Purchase Ledger
- Strong MS Office abilities
- Enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative approach
- Exceptional communication and able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Driven, with a willingness to learn
- Any experience using Xero is beneficial however not essential
