Facilities Assistant
Salary: £15,424 (pro rata) per annum(£25,706 FTE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 21 hours per week. Flexibility in working pattern, in agreement with line manager
Based: Office based, options on sites. Ideally based at Meadow Farm, Nr Bicester or Woolley Firs, Nr Maidenhead

The Facilities Assistant will be working in a proactive team, allowing the wider Trust to achieve its goals with well-managed Facilities & IT systems. Helping BBOWT with its goal of more Nature everywhere.
What you’ll be doing;
- Managing the facilities inbox
- Submitting purchase orders for regular facilities bills and other facilities purchases
- Maintaining email groups
- Assisting with the review, & updating of Health & Safety documents
- Providing Facilities support across the Trust
- Assisting with basic IT support across the Trust
What we’re looking for;
- Proven administrative skills
- Good research and interpretation of guidance skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to coach others in the use of computers and IT systems
- Competence in using Microsoft Office functions such as Word, Outlook and advanced Excel
- Current UK car driving licence
