Temporary Office Manager
Salary: £16.00 - £18.00ph + holiday pay
An extremely exciting new temporary position has arisen working as an Office Manager at an international tech company. Our client requires someone proactive, confident and organised for approximately a 6-week cover period, starting as soon as possible, meaning candidates must be available immediately.
The lovely office is based in the heart of the West End, with a supportive, friendly team. However, the role is incredibly fast paced so candidates must work well in a pressure-fuelled environment. This is the ideally role for someone wanting experience in a meaty front of house role.
Duties include:
- Point of contact for visitors and producing their access passes
- Ensuring meeting rooms are booked correctly and prepped prior
- Managing deliveries and incoming post
- Supporting with day-to-day office activities and events
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering stock if required
- Liaise with building managers and maintenance
The successful candidate will have a prior 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to be adaptable and solve problem independently.
