Temporary Part Time Receptionist

Are you an experienced Receptionist and looking for a Part Time Temporary role in Edinburgh? This is an exciting temporary and part-time position starting on Monday 15th January 2024.

At Office Angels, our fantastic client is seeking a Temporary Part Time Administrator to join their team and provide essential support over 2 days per week. If you enjoy working in front facing roles and providing excellent customer service, then this position is perfect for you!

Job Title: Temporary Part Time Receptionist

Location: City Centre, Edinburgh

Hours: 9:00AM - 5PM, Monday's and Tuesday's

Salary: £12 per hour

Starting: Monday 15th January 2024

Duration: Cover required until potentially the end of February

Responsibilities:

• Manage front reception desk
• Meeting and greeting all visitors into the building with a warm and welcoming manner
• Answering all inbound calls and dealing with any queries
• Managing a busy email inbox, previous experience on Microsoft Outlook is required
• Ensuring the front of house is clean and tidy at all times
• Providing customer service
