If so, we have registered a fantastic temporary opportunity based in Abingdon. You will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support and acting as the face of the organisation.
This is a great role to gain further experience within a commercial office environment. You will be working onsite Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm, so please only apply if you can commit to being in the office.
Please note, this is an ongoing and immediate temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis.
Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities
As the Temporary Receptionist some of your duties will include:
- Handling telephone queries
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Responding to emails
- Distributing post
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining filing systems

Temporary Receptionist Requirements
- As the Temporary Receptionist will be professional in your approach, with the ability to establish strong relationships with individuals at all levels.
- You will have previously worked as a Receptionist, or within a similar admin capacity.
- It is essential you have an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.
