Temporary Receptionist

3 DAY RECEPTION COVER! PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK FROM:

24th - 26th April 2024 in Mansfield!

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and policies
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other special events as required

Pay: £11.44 per hour
