Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a specialist technology firm based in Nottingham city centre. We're looking for a friendly and confident front-of-house professional to provide reception cover over a period of staff absence.
Duties will include:
- Professionally welcoming all clients, contractors and visitors
- Answering telephones, resolving enquiries and transferring calls across the business professionally and promptly
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and post
- Diary management, booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Providing refreshments and ensuring the reception area is well presented at all times
Skills/Experience Required:
- Superior communication skills with a smart and smiley disposition
- Customer service experience from reception, hospitality, retail or similar
- Computer literate, able to use Google suite
