Bell Cornwall Recruitment requires a number of candidates for various exciting Temporary Receptionist roles working for well established clients in Birmingham across a range of sectors. We recruit for more ongoing temporary assignments as well as ad-hoc shorter term assignments which offer a great degree of felxibility.
These roles offer a great chance to gain experience within a corporate environment, and a chance to build your CV whilst making money!
Receptionists may be required to:
- Greet visitors, delivery drivers and couriers and create a welcoming environment
- Answer phones, action and log calls and take accurate messages
- Assist the daily running of offices
- Ensure the office space is kept tidy
- Support the rest of the team
Temporary Receptionist Requirements:
- Professional presentation and attitude are vital
- Must be able to work immediately
- Must be IT literate
- Strong organisational skills
- Customer Service or Front of House experience desirable
