As our client's temporary Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and the efficient engine that keeps our client's office operations seamless.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments, and ensuring a professional and courteous experience for all callers.
- Efficiently managing the office inbox, ensuring prompt responses and proper routing of emails.
- Arranging and setting up meetings, ensuring smooth logistics for gatherings and appointments.
- Assisting various teams, including Property Management, Building Surveying, and the sizable Accounts team by handling tasks such as mail distribution
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational abilities with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing priorities effectively.
