My client, a business within the medical profession, is seeking a Receptionist to join their business on a temporary basis.
Duties:
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Checking patients in
- Coordinating appointments for various departments
- Booking taxis for patients
- Answering the phone and passing on to the relevant person
Experience needed:
- Previous experience working within the medical sector preferred but not essential
- Previous administration experience essential
