Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm or 10:30am - 6:30pm
My client, a fantastic medical establishment in Chelmsford are looking for a receptionist on a temporary basis. This is initially a 1-month assignment with the potential to be extended.
To be considered for this position, you must have an enhanced DBS and be available immediately.
Duties:
- You will be the sole person on reception, being the first friendly face patients see
- Greeting incoming patients and providing excellent customer service
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting with patients queries/ enquiries
- Seeing patients to waiting area
About you:
- Previous experience within a similar role/ establishment is ideal
- System 1 experience is ideal
- Must be able to work on your own initiative
