SalaryOur client is an established organisation looking for an Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Brighouse.
This is a fully office-based role, and you will become an integral part of a busy team.
The role
- Taking and processing customer orders.
- Managing customer enquiries.
- Working with new and existing customers, managing accounts and looking for new leads that could potentially generate business.
- Managing calls and emails.
- Following up on expected deliveries to customers.
- Checking Stock availability
- Cold calling both existing and potential customers.
- Looking on the internet for new customers for the external sales team.
- General admin support duties.
The candidate
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in calling customers and selling via the phone.
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel & Office 365.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Basic salary £23,750pa with OTE up to £28,500pa.
