Office Angels have an exciting?opportunity for?an experienced Temporary Receptionist to join a successful?company to cover?a period of leave.?
Due to the nature of this role, we will only be shortlisting candidates who are available immediately.
Our ideal candidate will be professional and presentable, with a strong customer focus.
What you'll do:
* Act as first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors.
* Process incoming/outgoing mail
* Action and prioritise task requests in the shared inbox
* Provide a high level of customer service, remaining professional at all times
* Switchboard management
* Data inputting
What you'll need:
* Proficiency with all products in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
* Have the ability to remain professional at all times
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivation and a high work rate coupled with the ability to work on own initiative and think on your feet
