Temporary Receptionist

The role - WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST
Location - Stirling
Hours - SATURDAY HOURS 8am - 5pm / SUNDAY HOURS 11am - 5pm
Pay rate - £10.50 per hour
Office Angels Stirling have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join an established team to cover WEEKENDS. The contract will run for circa 3 weeks with the potential to be extended.
The role is based in Stirling and can be accessed by public transport but there is also on-site parking.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a reactive role and must be confident with handling incoming queries and tasks from a shared admin support box.
A typical day: -
* Switchboard management - answering all incoming
* Booking in customers and dealing with enquiries
* Ensuring the both the diary and customer database are kept up to date
* Liaising with the workshop staff/suppliers and updating customers when necessary
We would love to speak to candidates who have: -
* Impeccable telephone skills and previous Front of House experience
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Experience of calendar and diary management
* Excellent computer literacy skills including MS Office
