Temporary Receptionist

Hays Business Support is currently recruiting for a healthcare facility based in the outskirts of York. We are looking to speak to candidates who would be happy completing 4 x 12-hour shifts on reception per week. The shifts cover 7 days per week.
The working days per week would be either Mon/Tue/Sat / Sun or Wed /Thurs /Friday. The initial training period will be based on 9-5 hours. Once you are trained, you will go on to the shift rota.
Within the role, you will be a point of contact at reception for patients, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for signing people in and out, handing out keys and assisting with facilities administration.
The shift hours following training will be from 6am - 6pm with an hour and a half break during the day. There will also be night shifts available from 6pm - 6am on the same rota day pattern outlined above. Completing night shifts is not essential.
This temporary role is expected to last for 3 months. The company offer parking and full training. This role is subject to a DBS. The site is easy to reach via the Coastliner bus with a stop directly outside the site.
