You'll be joining our team of internal recruiters who manage all temporary worker requirements for AQA and ensure the customer is always front and centre. Most of the roles you'll be recruiting will be campaign led, supporting our critical delivery of examinations and results, or they may be ad hoc requests to support the running of the business throughout our annual cycle. Your contact with managers and candidates will be direct - you won't be working through an account manager, and we recruit and payroll our temps directly.

You'll be adept at managing the full lifecycle - thriving on the 360 challenge of advertising through selection to offer and enjoy building creative attraction campaigns and building relationships with stakeholders in multiple departments.
