We're looking for Temporary Resource Administrators to join our Associate Management department. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and be at the heart of all we do at AQA.
If you are pro-active, have a confident telephone manner and are comfortable with Microsoft tools such as Excel, then we'd love to hear from you!
You'll help to organise and process contracts, support associate onboarding and manage queries and communication via telephone and email.
AQA set and mark papers for more than half of all GCSEs and A-levels. We work with around 30,000 teachers, lecturers, subject experts and academics (who we refer to as associates) to help set and mark our exams. You will play a vital role in ensuring our associates have a great experience when working with us.

· Contract dates: 01 March 2024 - 30 June 2024
· Rate of Pay: Guildford - £13.01 per hour, Manchester - £12.10 per hour
· Working Hours: 35 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with some flexibility
· Location: Guildford or Manchester - our smart working approach means you can expect to work from home 2-3 days each week.
