Your new company
Hays are working closely with our client based in Brandesburton on the outskirts of Beverley, to help them recruit a Temporary Sales Support Administrator to join their office-based team. This role will initially be for 3 months but has the potential to be extended or become a permanent role (although this is not guaranteed).
Your new role
Working closely with the business development director, you will provide general administrative and sales administrative support to the wider business. Typical duties will include but are not limited to:
Creating pipeline reports
Creating monthly reports
Compiling quotations
Planning and booking meetings
Setting up new accounts on Oracle and IFS systems
General admin support
What you'll need to succeed
If you have strong administrative skills, a high attention to detail, customer-facing experience and are able to work well in a team, then this could be a great role for you. Previous knowledge or experience of working with Industrial and Finance Systems would be beneficial.
What you'll get in return
This role is temporary for a minimum of 3 months.
Hourly pay of £12.50 + accrued holiday pay
Hours of 08.30-17.00 Mon-Thurs and 08.30-16.30 (Fri)
