I'm recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Agent to work on a Second Line Technical helpdesk in Watford.
You will be managing the resolution of terminal faults and issues across the retailer estate. You'll be part of a very supportive team, where you'll also responsible for managing escalations and utilising third party services to resolve issues where required.
The shifts for this are on a rota that are spread across Monday-Sunday, the earliest a shift would start will be 8am and the latest a shift would end would be 8pm. This is a Temporary Full Time role, ending on 31/03/2024. 12.31ph, weekly pay. Previous tech support experience essential as is helpdesk experience.
