What you will be doing
- As a Tenancy Coordinator your main responsibility is to ensure that tenants move into their new property on time!
- Carrying out Inventories, inspections and check outs
- Organising any works that need completing and ensuring the property is safe and compliant.
- Dealing with deposit disputes and rent arrears chasing
- Dealing with renewals and organising rent reviews
- Checking the property has been left in a satisfactory condition when tenents move out.
What you will have
- At least one year working in residential lettings
- A genuine interest and passion for property
- A FULL UK Driving licence
- An outgoing personality and with the ability to build rapport with a huge variety of different people
- Target driven with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the employer and your colleagues
