The Pastry Sous Chef role:
The Pastry Sous Chef is an integral part of the Pastry Kitchen, serving La Dame de Pic, Rotunda, Room Service, Banqueting, and all in-house Amenities. This position will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and La Dame De Pic Head Chef. Ideal candidate should poses Michelin Experience.
