Tenant Liaison Officer

TSR are currently working with a leading Nationwide Contractor that specialise in the renewable, heating, and insulation sectors and are looking for a TLO for a new contract they have recently been awarded in the Northumberland area.

This role is ideal for a Tenant Liaison Officer with experience of working on Social Housing schemes.

The Role:

• Be a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days

• Ensure residents are aware of the works processes and communicate any updates accordingly

• Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare

• Ensure works are completed to standard and manage the expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.

• Be a naturally excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.

• Experience working as a Tenant Liaison officer
