JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking on the phone or face to face with tenants in a large building and dealing with any concerns or queries. The successful candidate must be organised, have a rough understanding of construction and have basic computer skills. There are no specific requirements in terms of qualification but you must be fluent in English and using basic computer applications
Working hours are 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Thursday. Friday 8am - 2:00 pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with residents, Scheme Manager and client
- Collating customer satisfaction surveys
- Monitor and resolve resident's complaints.
- Work closely with our Site Team to ensure a proper communication bridge
