Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our client's Tendering department on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong time management and organisational skills, good commercial acumen and excellent analytical skills, be proficient in their use of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook, and display excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.

The role will involve the administration and updating of bid and tendering templates, processes and procures, developing and issuing project case studies, maintaining project lists and trackers for the team, running reports for KPIs within the Bid and Tendering team and maintaining database for tendering, evidence, images, best answers, certificates etc.

Permanent role for the right candidate.
