THE ROLE:

The Tender and Pricing Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of tender processes and Pricing submissions. This includes overseeing tender contract processes, timely submission of bids and Pricing submissions, effective management of signed contracts to ensure fulfillment of obligations and ongoing management of pricing and reimbursement databases.

Key Activities / Key Responsibilities
Tenders:

Oversight of Contracts:
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of all tenders and hospital contracts signed by the company or its partners.
- Monitor renewal timelines, conditions, and other crucial aspects of the contracts.
Tender Deadline Management:
- Create and maintain a detailed overview of tender deadlines to ensure timely preparation and submission.
Document Collection and Submission:
- Take responsibility for the collection and submission of all necessary documents required for tender processes.
Collaboration with Commercial Team:
- Work closely with the Commercial team to provide them with a complete understanding of all active tenders.
- Collaborate to identify new tenders on the horizon.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes related to tender documentation.
Market Research:
- Assist in conducting market research to gather relevant information for tender submissions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Pricing:
Working closely with the Market Access and Commercial department, ensuring that:
- Price application forms and documentation is collected and filled out, and correctly saved internally,
- Internal and external pricing databases are up to date,
- The company is up to date on all pricing and reimbursement legislation, including producing summaries of changes in legislation that might have an impact the company’s pricing strategy
- Obtain, record and file any certificates, licences or other documentation in line with KPI’s / SOP’s
- File and Maintain files/folder on Company shared resource add
- File documentation in line with Quality standards/Best practice and GxP

THE CANDIDATE:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field can be helpful in this role but not essential. This role MAY suit a life science graduate looking to gain experience in the market access/pricing fields
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical tender processes and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Highly organised individual - essential
  • Background in admin/organising individuals workloads would be highly beneficial
