Tenpin Control Staff

Overview:

We are seeking a Tenpin Control Staff member to join our team at a bustling entertainment centre. The ideal candidate will assist in the tenpin bowling area, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in the tenpin bowling area
- Monitor and control the flow of games
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and address any technical issues promptly
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bowling area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Provide information on pricing, promotions, and packages
- Assist with league play organization and special events

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries and reservations professionally
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
