Territory Business Manager - Medical

Birmingham - Field based with some working from home

£50,000 - £57,000 (Salary based on 80% Basic & 20% OTE) uncapped + Company Car

My client who is the worlds leading and most well known healthcare and medical devices companies are looking to recruit an Territory Business Manager with their Medical sales division. They are looking for the candidate to be based in or around the Birmingham area.

As the Territory Business Manager you will:

• Driving growth of medical products into the acute hospital settings,
• Build strong relationships and key stakeholders.
• Manage a wide portfolio of products across multiple accounts.
• You will share your product knowledge with clinical staff to ensure continuous pull through of product.
• Develop business plans to expand usage of products.
• Improve customer satisfaction while providing world class Service results.
• Work with marketing to build strategies that are important for your accounts.

Skills & Experience required.

• Previous Sales experience within a medical environment.
• Ideally hold Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Full Driving license
• Strong IT skills, ability to Windows and associated application.
• Ability to drive for results while navigating ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and Self-motivation
