Our client is a private healthcare provider that's expanding. They are dedicated to providing top-notch nursing, dementia, and residential care for older people. They're looking for a committed Home Manager to continue the successful development of their medium-sized Nursing Home in Harrogate.
As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing finances and budgets for the home.
- Ensuring the smooth daily running of the home.
- Sales & Marketing to increase occupancy.
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality care, exceeding both internal and CQC expectations.
As the Home Manager, you'll receive:
- A negotiable salary between £58,000 and £61,000, depending on experience.
