Territory Field Manager

This is a varied field based role to manage our tactical teams who work across a variety of exciting campaigns to achieve our brands sales and marketing strategy. Through effective management of our staff you will ensure suitability, reliability and coverage across the campaigns through ongoing coaching, training, development reviews and build an excellent rapport with key retail stores within your territory (West London and M4 Corridor, ideal candidates would be based in the West London areas)

Your Package

• £26,000 per annum + 10% bonus

• Full time, 12 month contract (working 5 out of 7 days per week)

Your Role

• Management of field staff to develop overall performance against set sales targets, provide ongoing support, collate insight and highlight opportunities.
• Build relationships with the retailers to support field staff and brand activity, in turn enhancing relationships with retail management, staff and consumers
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members ensuring that all new starters are prepared, trained and capable of achieving the results on behalf of our brands
• Deliver group training sessions encompassing product knowledge, sales skills and Gekko Group processes and procedures
• Support account teams in the delivery of high quality campaigns from start to finish
• Adherence to processes relating to staff contact and communications records.

Do you have what it takes

• Effective written and verbal communication skills (including Social media channels)
• People management experience
• Coaching and group training delivery ability
• Attention to detail, ability to plan, adherence to deadlines and time management skills
• Understanding / experience in retail and sales
• Ability to be flexible in working days covering 5 out of seven days including weekends and bank holidays.
• Willing to travel outside of your designated territory if required to meet business needs
• Full UK driving licence
