Ideal Requirements for the Territory Manager
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sales experience in the veterinary/animal health industry, Human Healthcare medical device/Pharmaceutical sales, dental device sales, and/or prior capital equipment sales will be considered.
- Comfortable with going into veterinary clinics and hospital environments.
Role Responsibilities for the Territory Manager
- Responsible for communicating customer needs and competitive insights to the marketing team and business unit manager.
- Educate and train Veterinary Clinic staff about products, services, and marketing initiatives.
- Independently manage your territory and customer base to increase the recurring diagnostic as well as attain quarterly Medical Device equipment sales.
- Present the company’s values to their customers in a professional manner, including an understanding of their industry, veterinary practice, customers, technology, operations, and processes.
