Position Overview: My client is seeking an outgoing, target-oriented, and high-achieving Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for developing and growing territories, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This role presents an exciting opportunity to excel, grow, and exceed sales targets in a competitive and rewarding industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand and grow the assigned territory.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen brand presence and market influence.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide input into product development based on customer feedback and market demands.
