A field sales role promoting a leading range of roofline building materials through an established network of national and independent builders' merchants, whilst equally influencing regional house builders, local developers and contractors.Package: £40k-£45k basic with an £8k-£13k bonus scheme, 24 days holiday, hybrid company car or car allowance, 6% company pension contributions, subsidised gym membership, expenses account, laptop & mobileTerritory: East Anglia and the Northern Home CountiesSelling: Roofline building materials - Fascias, soffits, guttering & rainwater systems, below ground drainage, window trims and claddingCustomers: National and independent builders’ merchants, buying groups, regional house builders, local developers and contractorsTHE ROLE – Territory Sales Manager:* A field-based Territory Sales role, promoting a leading range of roofline building materials* A building plastics range that includes fascia’s, soffits, guttering & rainwater systems, below ground drainage, window trims and cladding* You will be account managing and developing the relationship with national and independent builders’ merchants* Strengthening relationships to increase brand awareness and commitment, delivering product training, conducting trade days and carrying our dual visits* You will equally support your merchants with the tracking of projects with regional house builders, local developers and contractors.THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT – Territory Sales Manager:* You are most likely to already have field sales experience within or around the construction industry* This could have been gained from either a manufacturer, distributor or merchant from any discipline of construction.
