Position Overview: As a Test Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in our testing program, focusing on driveline and Electric Drive Unit (EDU) testing. Your responsibilities will include conducting a variety of tests, from durability assessments to performance testing, across both conventional and electrified driveline products. Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams, you'll be instrumental in delivering projects on time and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tests in accordance with established and bespoke drive cycles, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Design and implement fixture setups, install equipment, and oversee test bed control system setup.
• Analyze test data and validate results, ensuring equipment calibration and project documentation are up to date.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental standards, maintaining risk assessments and ensuring appropriate PPE usage.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering regular updates and accurate test reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Passion for driveline testing and development, with a keen interest in Electric Vehicle technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CAD, instrumentation, and data acquisition preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of adaptability, willingness to learn, and a collaborative team spirit.

Other Requirements:

• Full UK driving license and access to own transport (due to site location).
• Flexibility to travel as necessary.
• Willingness to undergo a Criminal Disclosure check.
