About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Test Manager to contribute to a world-leading University, building a testing capability using both internal and external resources. We’re looking for someone who can make an impactful contribution by building a critical team during a transformational time at Warwick. The Test manager will work alongside Enterprise Architects, Delivery Managers, Product Managers, and customers to develop an effective and efficient testing capability. Liaising with stakeholders across both Information and Digital Group and the wider University, you will support delivery teams, developing and executing testing plans to ensure the quality of delivered solutions. You will lead testing discovery, planning and execution for solutions delivered by both commercial and internally developed software. You will also support Project and Product Delivery activities, ensuring that solutions meet the stated requirements. We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so. About You You will be an experienced Test Manager or an experienced testing analyst looking to take on a broader role that includes team management and responsibility for delivery of a testing function. You will be comfortable work in an organisation that is transitioning to being agile and product focussed. You will be motivated to shape and deliver an excellent testing service, foster a strong team culture and support colleagues in the delivering solutions across the University.
