The company is one of the largest and fastest growing in the Insurance sector. This role is remote with one day a week needed at either the Manchester or Stoke office.
Description
- This is a hands off Manager role and you will have a team of 5 reporting to you
- Develop and implement a QA strategy
- Define and promote QA best practices
- Work closely with other departments and work as a QA ambassador for the organisation
- Automation first mindset, find the right balance between automated, exploratory, functional and non-functional testing
Profile
Must haves:
- 2 years+ is a Test Manager role
- Hands on testing experience and an in depth knowledge of QA tools, frameworks etc
- Knowledge of implementing Quality Gates and Test Governance
- Knowledge of NFT and OAT
- Agile
