GI Pro are working with a leading equipment supplier for the energy sector based in Tamworth.

Working within the PCB Assembly / Test Technician area
Working day shifts of 37 hours per week
Offering hourly rates of pay of £14.64 per hour

The role: Electronics Test Technician / PCB Assembler

• Testing products using test specifications
• Following wiring and assembly diagrams to fault find and repair products.
• Performing assembly and wiring of products
• Carrying out diagnostic fault-finding down to component level on PCB's.
• Soldering/De-Soldering of components to IPC610
• Creating test reports
• Complete and present projects using analysed failure date

The candidate: Electronics Test Technician / PCB Assembler

• You will be proficient in a wide range of test equipment including optical meters, power supplies, oscilloscopes.
• Able to solder, de-solder and perform PCB assembly
